    About Theresia Richardson

Theresia Richardson is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in individual, couples and group therapy, and maintains a private practice in Mill Creek, WA.

Theresia is a graduate of Seattle University and holds a Master of Arts in Education in Counseling. In her private practice, Theresia offers support to clients working through codependency, sexual addiction, trauma, grief & loss, and dysfunctional relationships.

Theresia is an active and creative therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to help clients increase their awareness and understanding of the relationship between their past experiences and their current behaviors. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them uncover dysfunctional relational patterns and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.

“One of my goals as a therapist is that you will walk away from our time together feeling encouraged and having a renewed sense of hope.

In my life, I have found that hope is like a light in the darkness that illuminates the way forward. My deep faith and my attention to my own spirituality has given me encouragement, strength and courage to re-write my own story and to share the hope I have found with others.

Here at The Well, ALL are welcome regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or circumstance. Though I strongly identify as a Christian, my role as your counselor is to respect your values.

I love my job as a counselor. It is one of the things that gets me out of bed in the morning. I look forward to bringing creativity and energy to your situation.”
